Federal University Oye-Ekiti, (FUOYE) is ranked as the 32^nd university in Nigeria.  It is a medium-sized university with an enrollment range of 6,000 to 6,999 students. It is situated in the Oye community, Ekiti state.

It was one of the nine Federal Universities established by the executive order of the former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, GCFR in the year 2011.

According to the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), management,  the least cut-off mark is 160. Although some departments accept 180, 200 or even more than that.
