Federal University Oye-Ekiti, (FUOYE) is ranked as the 32nd university in Nigeria. It is a medium-sized university with an enrollment range of 6,000 to 6,999 students. It is situated in the Oye community, Ekiti state.
It was one of the nine Federal Universities established by the executive order of the former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, GCFR in the year 2011.
